Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
MyWallet365 (“we”, “the app”) helps you record your own income, spending, savings and lending. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country code and mobile number.
- Your password, kept only as a secure one-way hash. We cannot read it.
- The entries you create: amounts, currencies, categories, dates, notes, names of people you lend to or borrow from, accounts, budgets and bill reminders.
- Subscription data: the license keys you redeem and your remaining days.
- Messages you send through the Contact page.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run the app, show your balances, keep your data available on your devices, activate license keys, answer your messages and keep the service secure.
3. Cookies and device storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser also stores your language, theme and a copy of your entries so the app can work offline. Logging out clears the local copy on that device.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. We do not share your information with others, except our hosting provider who stores it for us, or when the law requires it.
5. Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and passwords are hashed. Our administration panel shows account details (name, email, phone and subscription days) so we can give support; it does not show your individual entries. No online service can promise perfect security, so please keep your password private.
6. Your choices
You can edit your details and change your password in Profile. You can ask us to delete your account and all its entries through the Contact page.
7. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
9. Contact
